If I do
not have a roommate, will you help me find one?
We cannot
guarantee that we can find a roommate for you, but we will do everything
possible to pair together individuals who wish to have a roommate.
Ultimately, each participant is responsible for finding his/her own
roommate, and single rooms must be paid for if a roommate is not
secured.

When are
Deposits & Final Payments due?

What if I need to cancel?
Call our
office immediately, then submit your cancellation in writing. Refer to
the information in the tour brochure regarding cancellation fees. You
will be charged the single room supplement if your cancellation forces
your roommate into a single room.
