What covenants did God make with people?
God
deals with mankind, based on His covenants. There are 8 important Bible
covenants—
(1) Edenic Covenant -- Gen.
1:26-28; 2:15-17.
(2) Adamic Covenant -- Gen.
3:14-19.
(3) Noahic Covenant -- Gen.
8:21-9:17, 24-27.
(4) Abrahamic Covenant --
Gen. 12:1-3.
(5) Mosaic Covenant -- Exod.
19:5-8.
(6) Palestinian Covenant --
Deut. 28:63-68; 30:1-9.
(7) Davidic Covenant -- II
Sam. 7:4-17; I Chron. 17:3-15.
(8) New Covenant -- Jer.
31:31-34; Heb. 8:6-13.
NOTE: All of these Bible
covenants--except the Mosaic--are unconditional and eternal.
That is, they depend on God, not man, for fulfillment.
