2. Does the Bible Call It “Great Tribulation”?

     Yes. One of the most significant and dramatic themes of Bible prophecy is that of the Tribulation. There is more prophecy on this period than any other period in Bible prophecy.

     Let us just cite the very words of Christ: "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be" (Matt. 24:21).
