[Daniel Ch.11: Pre-Written History of Kings]

Introduction

     Daniel 11 fits the history of the Seleucids and Ptolemies (about 300-150 B.C.) like a pair of tailor-made gloves.  While evangelicals acknowledge the hand of God in this phenomenon, unimpressed critics browbeat such fulfillments as a giveaway to its late authorship, saying that the prophecy must have been written after the events.  Friends and foes however are in agreement that this prophecy has been realized in history.
